Yeah and just tidy up that display now. Oh good morning madam.
Customer:
Hello. Itโs nice to see you on this side of the counter for a change.
Tim:
Yes, Iโve been promoted. Iโm an Assistant Manager now!
Customer:
Oh does your ambition know no bounds? Congratulations!
Tim:
Thank you. Now how can I help you today?
Customer:
Itโs more about how I can help you. Iโve got the option of some World Cup tickets and, quelle suprise, football bores me silly. Would you care for them?
Tim:
Iโd love them! But I could never afford them.
Customer:
Well, thatโs where youโre wrong. Just keep a gal company over lunch some time soon and theyโre yours for nothingโฆ
Yes I have. In fact ever since I was young Iโve been interested in commerce. My first job was in a newsagentโs when I was still at school.
Interviewer:
I see, and what are your strengths and weaknesses?
Tim:
Well, some might say Iโm a little head-strong. I do leap into projects and sometimes my enthusiasm can be a bit overwhelming. My strengths? Iโm a great team-player. For example, when the stockroom was understaffed recently, I jumped at the chance to help out.
Interviewer:
Lovely. Well thank you for coming in today. Weโll be in touch very soon.
Hello, my name is Benjamin Caรฑas. I am 18 years old, my height is 5โ7โณ, and I am the small brother in my family. I have four cats called Firi Firi, Copito, Mateo, and Tomi, and three dogs called Mili, Princesa, and Lady.
My personal hobbies are playing video games, listening to some music, and reading a book sometimes. My favorite videogame saga is Fallout (a post-apocalyptic roleplay game), and my favorite books are โ1984โ and โI Have No Mouth and I Must Scream.โ I have a lot of favorite artists, but my most favorite is Juice WRLD (1998-2019), and my favorite album is โThe Party Never Ends,โ and my favorite song is โParty By Myself.โ.
I was born in Punta Arenas, Magallanes, in 2006, and I lived there for 5 months (when I was a baby). We had to move to Talcahuano in Region de Bio Bio because my dad was part of the Chilean Navy in those years, and I lived there for 4 years (2007-2010). In that city I entered for the first time a language school with 2 years and 7 months; also in that city I lived through the 2010 earthquake (Terremoto del 2010). Though it was a hard time, for my age it had a โfun time,โ such as flying on a helicopter (evacuation situation) due to a tsunami that arrived in the city and overrode the streets. In January 2011, we arrived in San Antonio. My dad used to work on a ship called โLSG San Antonioโ that belonged to the Chilean Navy; we lived in that city for 3 years until January 2014. My dad was placed to work in Valparaiso, where we arrived to live with my grandparents (my dadโs parents), and in that city we suffered another tragedy when on the 12th of April, 2014, a forest fire started far away from our house, but it moved rapidly to our house in Cerro Las Caรฑas. We got affected due to this incident and many people too, and in December of this year we moved to Viรฑa del Mar to the apartment where we live nowadays (weโve been living there for 11 years already!!). Though we moved to Viรฑa, I decided to study in the same school on Playa Ancha where I made many friends.
